Lead Insurance Producer

A highly reputed family-owned insurance brokerage located in Northern MA (in close proximity to the New Hampshire border) is seeking an Insurance Producer to join their highly collaborative, people-friendly culture and promote a wide range of products from some of the best and well-known carriers in the industry—all to meet the needs of commercial and personal clients. The ideal candidate will have approximately 5+ years of relevant job history and a passion for providing clients with customized and optimal insurance solutions to fit their needs. Requirements: Experience with Commercial and Personal lines of Insurance such as, but not limited to, property and casualty Experience in sales with a proven track record of finding prospects and closing deals Experience with building and leading a sales team is ideal BS in Business or a relevant field is preferred, working experience as a licensed professional is also considered Compensation and Benefits: Very competitive starting base salary (commission draw available once they start producing) Monthly allowance for personal use that increases over time Income potential can reach $300K Health, Dental, Vision, Retirement plans, PTO, and more Position: Full-time, direct hire Northern Massachusetts, near the NH border Hybrid or remote options available for the right person Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Management and Sales Industries Insurance Agencies and Brokerages #J-18808-Ljbffr Strategic Employment Partners (SEP)
