Night Auditor

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Night Auditor. In this role, you would ensure all revenue is posted to the correct departments and balance all departments' revenue daily. The hours for this position are from 12:00 AM EST 08:00 AM EST.

Pay Rate: $18 - $23 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Provide, distribute, and process all required audit reports and perform all audit procedures as set forth by the Director of Finance.
• Verify the status of all wake-up calls and ensure they are properly handled.
• Balance all cash receipts and work performed during the audit shift.
• Make deposits of cash.
• Attend and actively participate in training and cross-training programs.
• Keep supervisor informed of any unusual events and/or deviations of policies.
• Maximize productivity, identify problem areas, and assist in finding and implementing solutions.
• Performs special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Strong knowledge of accounting/finance needed.
• Ability to understand and use math concepts.
• Ability to interpret technical information presented.
• Work with math problems quickly and accurately.
• Must be team-oriented and enjoy a hands-on environment.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to balance multiple responsibilities and tasks.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to report financial information.
