The team is committed to professional development, client education, and delivering a consistently positive studio experience for all visitors. Role Description The Certified Pilates Instructor will lead safe and engaging Pilates sessions for individuals and small groups, including reformer and mat classes, with a focus on proper form, alignment, and personalized modifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning class formats, assessing client needs and goals, demonstrating exercises, providing clear verbal and physical cues, and maintaining a clean, organized studio environment. The instructor will monitor client progress, collaborate with the studio team on scheduling and client retention, and ensure a welcoming, professional atmosphere for all clients. This is a part-time, on-site role based in Allen, TX, with working hours that may include mornings, evenings, and weekends depending on client demand. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Pilates Instruction, including certification from a recognized Pilates training program and experience tailoring sessions to diverse fitness levels. Experience in Group Exercise settings, with the ability to manage class flow, maintain safety, and foster an inclusive and motivating environment. Background or familiarity with Physical Therapy principles or functional movement, with an understanding of anatomy, injury prevention, and safe modifications. Strong Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and the ability to build positive, professional relationships with clients. Teaching skills that support clear instruction, constructive feedback, and effective demonstration of exercises, both for beginners and advanced clients. Current CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain it within a defined timeframe. Ability to stand, move, and demonstrate exercises for extended periods, and to safely assist clients with equipment setup and adjustments.
