Overview
ER Registered Nurse needed for a travel assignment in Janesville, WI. This 13-week, night-shift position offers guaranteed 36 hours per week and a weekly pay range of $1,912 to $1,945. The role is in an emergency department setting with potential coverage at multiple ED locations within Janesville and Beloit. Active WI RN licensure, education verification, and required certifications are needed to start on 08/11/2026.

Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to care for patients.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per approved nursing techniques, policies, standards of care, and state practice act.
- Document care in accordance with standards of care.
- Perform comprehensive assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluation of patient care.
- Develop and execute individualized plans of care, including patient and family instruction, as prescribed by physicians and clinic policy.
- Participate in department performance improvement activities and contribute to shared governance where applicable.
- Apply clinical expertise to support patient care across units, using critical thinking to ensure patient safety and experience, and escalate as needed.
- Engage in professional nursing continuum activities, unit practice governance, and peer review processes.

Requirements
- Active Wisconsin RN licensure; education verification
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and either TNCC or TNS
- ER nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work nights and participate in a travel assignment with coverage at ED locations in Janesville and Beloit
- Demonstrated nursing judgment, documentation accuracy, and patient-family instruction ability
