Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - 2160 per week.

Shift: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is required.

• Diploma completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <75 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: RightSourcing Program - Norton Healthcare.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - 2 years acute inpatient tele RN experience.

Required Credentials: - Nursing Diploma. - OR - Associate’s Degree (ASN).

Unit Details: - Med-Surg Tele unit with mixed diagnoses. - RN reads telemetry; no titration. - Support includes CRN, discharge nurse, and weekday pharmacists. - Equipment includes IV/PCA pumps, wound vacs, and glucometers. - Patient care includes trachs, feeding tubes, CPAP, wound vacs, and dialysis assessment.

Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years
