Accenture Federal Services Overview Accenture Federal Services is a technology company within Accenture dedicated to supporting the US federal government. You Are: The Engineering Deployment Site Practitioner will play a key role in supporting the full lifecycle of an Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementation across multiple hospitals and clinics. This position focuses on discovery, analysis, coordination, and execution of technical readiness activities to ensure a smooth transition to a new EHR system. The Work: Conduct and coordinate on‑site discovery activities at hospitals and clinics, including assessments of End User Devices (EUDs), system interfaces, and Data Drops & Power Outlets (DDPO). Perform post‑discovery analysis to translate findings into technical scope, requirements, and gap assessments. Develop a strong understanding of the client’s standard capabilities, devices, and system interfaces to ensure meaningful and accurate analysis. Support device procurement tracking, logistics coordination, and inventory alignment throughout the deployment lifecycle. Serve as a primary liaison to local site IT leaders and collaborate closely with technology, networking, and engineering teams. Assist in external vendor coordination, cutover planning, and execution support. Provide project management oversight for engineering‑focused workstreams to ensure technical readiness and on‑time delivery. Produce clear, professional documentation and communications for technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Travel semi‑frequently to various hospitals and clinics across different regions, as needed (up to 50% travel). Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across clinical, technical, and operational domains. Previous experience conducting assessments in hospital or clinic environments is strongly preferred. Familiarity with system interfaces, medical device connectivity, and healthcare IT infrastructure. Experience with Oracle EHR systems (or similar EHR vendors) is a plus. Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Compensation and Location: As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles in the following states and locations: California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland.
