Client Service Supervisor - I/DD

Overview Help at Home is hiring an IDD Client Service Supervisor. The position offers weekly pay and has office hours Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, but work hours vary to support client needs. Note: No on call or 24‑hour availability is required. Help at Home is the nation’s leading provider of high‑quality support services for clients with disabilities. Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with clients, family members, caregivers, case managers, and team members through regular check‑ins, trustworthiness, reliability, and follow‑through. Utilize a relationship‑focused approach to make thoughtful client/caregiver matches. Provide high‑quality training to caregivers on client PCISP, including coordinating any additional training required for behavior or risk plans. Create and document client schedules based on need, caregiver availability, and PCISP budget/goals. Attend and participate in quarterly meetings to review client PCISP, design and implement support strategies, and collaborate with the client team to reach goals. Maintain excellent records, including documentation in EMR, writing and submitting quarterly and annual reports, incident reports, and risk plans. Focus on growth by admitting new clients based on regional goals. Create great days and meaningful moments for clients through dedicated, relationship‑focused care. Qualifications Positive attitude and desire to work hard, help people, and build lasting relationships. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organization skills with a focus on record‑keeping and task prioritization. Strong independent work ethic and problem‑solving ability. Experience working with clients with intellectual or developmental disabilities is a plus. Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle that is insured and meets state safety/licensure requirements. Clear background checks and documented drug test pass. Education and Experience At least 18 years of age. High school graduate or equivalent preferred; higher level of education or certification may be required. Current PPD or Chest X‑ray if applicable. Medicaid, Waiver, or Home Healthcare experience preferred. Other requirements pursuant to state or local rules as applicable. Management Authority Conduct performance reviews. Train other associates. Direct the work of other associates. Physical Requirements Move, transport, or position up to 100 pounds. Move or traverse about in offices and/or client homes, including ascending and descending stairs. Communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information. Travel Requirements Regular travel on a daily or weekly basis required, even in inclement weather. Job Profile Summary The Care Service Supervisor may develop and monitor appropriate care plans to ensure clients receive quality care while serving as the primary liaison among clients, homecare aides, managers, referral sources, and other individuals directly involved in the client’s care.
