Culinary Position
We're looking for motivated individuals eager to grow their culinary expertise in a fast-paced environment. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your food industry skills while contributing to a dynamic kitchen atmosphere. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Cook food items with attention to quality, presentation, and timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with menu planning and daily prep work to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Handle food safely, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures
- Support catering events and special functions with meal preparation and serving assistance
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy hours
QUALIFICATIONS :
- At least 17 years old
- Experience in food handling, safety protocols, and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Background in restaurant or food service environments a plus
- Knowledge of menu planning and culinary techniques preferred
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow directions accurately
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
