Registered Nurse Emergency Room

Schedule: Nights / Varied

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Requirements:

• Active RN License
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS (or ENPC)
• De-escalation training

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide age-specific, direct patient care utilizing the Nursing Process.
• Assume leadership responsibilities, including delegation of tasks to other staff members.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable State and Federal laws, regulations, and policies in healthcare service delivery.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions and patient care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Compliance / Notes:

Training certifications must be active prior to contract start date or need to be booked at the time of Clinical Orientation.
