Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse

Location Winchester, TN

This is a 13-week contract position.

19:00 - 07:00

We are seeking a motivated Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse to join our acute care rehabilitation unit. The RN will provide high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients while collaborating effectively with an interdisciplinary team to promote patient recovery and ensure a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage nursing care for patients in the inpatient rehabilitation setting.
• Perform nursing assessments and implement care plans tailored to each patient.
• Provide medication administration and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with therapists and other healthcare professionals to facilitate patient rehabilitation.
• Support patients in achieving their therapeutic goals and regaining independence.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in Tennessee.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of hospital nursing experience preferred.
