This full-time associate pediatric dentist position offers a high-income earnings opportunity, access to a highly trained mentor, and a path to partnership in a state-of-the-art office.
Highlights:
- $500,000+ income potential: Higher of $1,600 day/ or very competitive % of collections. The patients are there to achieve your earnings goals.
- Great Benefits: Health Insurance, Short Term Disability, Continuing Education Stipend, Malpractice Insurance, 401k etc.
- Full time/Part time 3 days is considered full time. No arbitrary production goals or pressure. The opportunity is there, and you can work at your pace. Part time available too.

- Path to Partnership : For the right candidate, a partnership opportunity is available 1-2 years.
- Comprehensive Clinical Scope : Bread and butter pediatric dentistry. In office sedations & nitrous. OR Cases

- Private Pediatric Dental Practice Not a DSO and owned & operated by local pediatric dentist
- Modern Office : State of the art, Digital scanning, computers in every OP, needless anesthesia, lasers, the highest quality & safest materials.
- Healthy Work-life balance : Work between 1- 5 days per week with no nights or weekends and flexible scheduling.

Ideal Candidate:
- Pediatric dentistry certification.
- Trained in bread-and-butter pediatric dentistry with an interest in advancing your skills.
- Passion for pediatric dentistry!
