Customer Service Representative | $15 .00 per hour | 8:00 a -5:00 p Mon-Fri | Office Environment |

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and in office
• Resolve complaints efficiently and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of interactions
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes
• Provide administrative support to management and staff
• Handle correspondence and communication
• Maintain organized filing systems (digital and/or physical)

Requirements:

• 2-years of customer service or office administrative experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• High level of discretion and professionalism

The base salary for this position is $15.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
