This role is compensated using an activity-based payment plan to reward drivers for their commitment to delivering excellence and increase income based on individual efforts.

• CPM $0.610 - $0.650 Per Mile

• Detention Pay $20.00 Per Hour

• Holiday Pay $250.00 Per Day

• Live Load/Unload $22.00 Per Stop

• Miscellaneous Work $20.00 Per Hour

• New Hire Training $1425.00 Per Week

• Safety Training $20.00 Per Hour

• Stop Pay $21.00 Per Stop

• Top 10% of Earners $98192.55 Per Year
