Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 3 x 12-Hour Shifts (36 Hours/Week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled perioperative nursing care within an orthopedic-focused operating room environment
• Support surgical teams during orthopedic, joint, and neurological procedures
• Perform scrub and/or circulating duties as required throughout surgical cases
• Maintain patient safety and sterile field integrity throughout all operative procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and OR staff to ensure efficient surgical workflow

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Demonstrated experience in an Operating Room setting
• Strong orthopedic surgical nursing skills, including joint procedures
• Experience supporting neurological surgical cases
• Current BLS certification; ACLS may be required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• CNOR certification or active pursuit of certification
• Experience in a high-volume or academic medical center OR environment
• Familiarity with orthopedic instrumentation and implant systems
