In-Home Physical Therapist

Right at Home is a growing, locally owned home health company based in Cedar Rapids. We currently provide skilled nursing, companion, therapies, and personal cares for a wide variety of clients in Eastern Iowa. We proudly provide these services to veterans, and we are in need of an In-Home Physical Therapist to expand the level of skilled care available to them.

Responsibilities of a Physical Therapist Include

• Provide high quality evaluation and treatment of neuromusculoskeletal disorders
• Develop personalized care plans to improve mobility, strength, and overall function of patients in the home setting, involving patient in setting goals
• Communicate and collaborate with associated medical professionals to achieve patient goals
• Clear, concise documentation in our Clear Care software system
• Regular communication with physicians, nurses, case managers within Veterans Affairs as needed
• Ability to work independently and autonomously, managing one's own schedule
• Supervise home health aides involved in patient care
