Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (daytime) with optional Saturday days as needed. Position: Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Immediate openings. Location: 20890 Kenbridge Ct, Lakeville, MN 55044. Certification Required: Active RBT certification. What You’ll Be Doing Deliver one‑on‑one behavior‑analytic services to children ages 18 months‑8 years. Follow individualized treatment plans and collect simple session data. Use play, movement, reading, games, and hands‑on activities to promote learning. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment. Work actively and remain engaged throughout each session. Collaborate with a supportive team focused on child growth. Job Requirements Minimum age 18 years. High‑school diploma or equivalent. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and frequently sit, stand, crouch, and move on the floor. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire. Team mindset and flexibility to support other clinics when needed. Pay High School / Associate’s Degree: $20.25–$24.00 per hour. Bachelor’s Degree: $21.00–$25.50 per hour. Master’s Degree: $21.00–$28.00 per hour. Benefits Guaranteed full‑time hours with raises every six months. 10 holidays, 10 paid‑time‑off days, and 2 flex days.
