About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior VP of Sales to lead the business development in the fashion, automotive, furniture, and industrial markets in America. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing a regional sales strategy that aligns with the group's overall strategy, setting sales priorities, and optimizing the allocation of accounts and territories to maximize sales opportunities. This role requires a proven track record in direct and consultative sales of high-value solutions, with a preference for experience in high technology, industrial equipment, and SaaS. The Senior VP of Sales will also be tasked with managing a team of 30 sales professionals across the United States, Mexico, and Brazil, and must be adept at motivating, engaging, and coaching the team to ensure the successful execution of the sales action plan. Applicants for the Senior VP of Sales position at the company should hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field, and have at least 20 years of sales management experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a managerial capacity. The role demands excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills, as well as the ability to define and execute a sales strategy that is in line with the company's overall objectives. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, with a strong ability to monitor sales activities and ensure alignment with sales priorities. A key aspect of the role is the capacity to work at both a strategic level, in understanding customer needs and communicating the value proposition, and at a field level, to provide guidance, support negotiations, and coordinate with other departments to address customer issues. The position is hybrid, with a significant amount of travel, and requires a candidate who is based in the Eastern Time Zone or is open to relocation.
