Role Description The Senior Career Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Sheridan, WY, responsible for guiding job seekers and professionals through career planning and job search strategies. This position includes conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, assessing career goals, strengths, and development needs, and creating tailored career action plans. The advisor will provide resume and cover letter support, interview preparation, and job search coaching, while staying current with labor market trends and employer requirements. Daily responsibilities also involve collaborating with the recruitment team to align candidate aspirations with available opportunities, facilitating workshops or informational sessions, maintaining detailed case records, and ensuring a high level of professional, ethical, and inclusive service to all clients. Qualifications Strong skills in Career Counseling and Student Counseling to support diverse client and candidate populations. Expertise in Career Development and Career Management to design and implement effective long-term career strategies. Excellent Communication skills, including active listening, clear written communication, and professional presentation abilities. Relevant experience in recruitment, talent development, or human resources, preferably in staffing or career services environments. Demonstrated ability to work with individuals from varied backgrounds in a non-discriminatory, inclusive, and supportive manner. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with proficiency in using digital tools and CRM or candidate management systems. Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications in career counseling or coaching are an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
