Specialty Care Scheduler - Patient Access Pro
Confluence Health
Confluence Health is seeking a Patient Access Specialist to support specialty appointment scheduling, medication refills, and information requests via telephone, MyChart, and other channels. You will coordinate multiple providers’ schedules, ensure accurate location assignments, and assist with patient documentation to enable timely visits.
The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, empathy, teamwork, and meticulous attention to detail in alignment with our service standards and mission.
