Production Associate

Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

Join a growing manufacturing team as a Production Associate and gain hands-on experience across multiple departments, including Assembly, Lapping, Conveyance, and Shipping/Receiving . In this role, you will work with pumps, valves, and other mechanical components while contributing to a quality-driven, team-oriented environment.

• Assemble pumps, valves, and other mechanical products using hand and power tools.
• Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, and work instructions.
• Perform mechanical assembly of small parts and metal components.
• Conduct quality inspections, including first-piece, in-process, and final product checks.
• Support testing and verification processes to ensure product quality.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 25 pounds as needed.

• Experience with assembly, packing, or manufacturing processes.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse or production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Previous manufacturing or mechanical assembly ex  perience.
• Familiarity with reading blueprints, diagrams, or technical drawings.

This is a Permanent position based out of Waukegan, IL.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
