Insurance Associate (3-5 PQE)

A leading international law firm is seeking a talented associate with 3-5 years' experience to join its growing Insurance Practice in New York & Chicago.

The ideal candidate will have experience advising insurers, re-insurers, and other insurance-related entities on corporate transactions, restructurings, reinsurance, and M&A matters, as well as regulatory compliance across a range of jurisdictions. Experience conducting due diligence on insurance regulatory issues arising in transactions is essential.

Candidates must demonstrate strong drafting skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple complex matters. Excellent academics, communication, and client-handling skills are required.

Applicants must hold a JD from an ABA-accredited law school and be admitted to practice (or eligible for admission) in the relevant jurisdiction.
