Lead Patient Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, responding promptly to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, coordinating with clinical staff to optimize daily workflow.
• Assist patients with insurance verification, billing questions, and payment processing to ensure clarity and accuracy.
• Maintain and update patient records in compliance with privacy regulations and office policies.
• Collaborate with the pediatric team to communicate treatment plans, appointment reminders, and follow-up care instructions.
• Address and resolve patient concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
• Support administrative tasks such as preparing patient forms, managing correspondence, and organizing patient files.
• Assist patients with understanding financial agreements and payment options
• Support insurance verification and benefits communication
• Process payments and maintain accurate patient financial records
• Collaborate with the financial coordinator to ensure clear and accurate financial communication

Minimum Qualifications:
