Your Role:

• Assist residents with meals, hydration, and feeding support

• Make routine rounds and respond promptly to resident needs

• Reposition residents to prevent discomfort or skin breakdown

• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, and personal care

• Provide proper skin care and report observations of breakdown or pressure areas

• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality

• Complete additional duties as assigned by leadership

Who We’re Looking For:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Illinois

• Graduate of an accredited CNA training program

• Reliable transportation

• Strong teamwork, communication, and resident-focused care skills

• Consistent and dependable attendance history

• Passionate about making a difference in the lives of residents
