Our Inside Sales Account Managers are responsible for growing our business with new and existing customers. They match customer needs with our broad product portfolio, supported by our digital tools, network of technical experts, specialized market expertise, and global distribution network. What You’ll Do: Consultative Selling: Cultivate strong relationships with our customers by managing and growing accounts. Sales Prospecting: Find new opportunities with existing/qualified customers, win new business, and grow the territory. Customer Experience Advocate: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver top‑tier service, technical support, safe and innovative solutions to our customers. Portfolio Management: Prioritize selling time and results to effectively manage your sales funnel and territory. Be relentless to win back lost customers. Where You'll Work: This role is based in the Phoenix, AZ area. Pay and Benefits: Ability to earn lucrative monthly commissions based on your contribution margin.
