Now Hiring: Manual Machinist

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience)

We're looking for a dependable Manual Machinist to join our team. Candidates must have some experience with manual machining on manual lathes and manual milling machines. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to continue learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual lathes and milling machines.
• Machine parts using existing samples, parts, and occasional drawings.
• Read and interpret drawings when provided.
• Inspect work using precision measuring tools.
• Maintain close tolerances and produce quality workmanship.
• Work independently while knowing when to ask questions.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop.

Qualifications

• Some experience machining on manual lathes and manual milling machines is required.
• Ability to read basic drawings and use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and indicators.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to ask questions, learn, and continue developing machining skills.
