Our organization is on the lookout for a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join the team at Stillwater Family Health Center . This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of an established outpatient practice that is experiencing high patient demand, supported by a hospital affiliation.

Stillwater Family Health Center provides a comprehensive array of healthcare services for families, which includes:

  • Routine pediatric examinations (well-baby and well-child checkups, as well as physicals for school, camp, and sports)
  • Adolescent medicine
  • General adult and geriatric healthcare (including annual physicals for health maintenance, work, school, or insurance purposes)
  • Management of illnesses, injuries, and chronic medical conditions
  • Preventive immunizations and precautionary vaccinations, along with cancer screenings and promotion of healthy lifestyles

KEY FEATURES

  • Shared call rotation averaging approximately 1 in every 70 days, supported by RN triage
  • A physician-governed organization with a physician-led Joint Oversight Committee
  • Flexible scheduling options available - choose between a 3, 4, or 5-day work week
  • Collaboration with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) that offers an additional income stream
  • Teaching opportunities available for first-year AMC students and precepting NP/PA students
  • Possibility of hybrid work in Hospital Medicine if desired
  • Leadership and administrative roles available for those interested

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • New York State licensure and DEA registration are required
  • Must be Board Certified
  • Open to both experienced candidates and new graduates
  • A strong passion for providing Primary Care to patients of all ages

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

We provide a competitive base salary with the potential for additional earnings through RVU-based productivity incentives and quality performance bonuses.

  • Starting salary range of $250,000 - $260,000, with opportunities to earn more through productivity
  • The stated salary represents the initial range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift bonuses, and other forms of cash compensation relevant to the role. Additionally, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer. This salary range is provided in compliance with state law and may vary based on the factors mentioned.
  • Signing bonus of up to $75,000
  • Retention bonus of $25,000
  • Resident compensation available - up to $50,000 per year for early sign-on
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental insurance
  • Paid malpractice insurance, including coverage for post-employment tail
  • CME time and expense allowance
