About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Nursing and Clinical Service Delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the nursing function and collaborating with various stakeholders to establish and maintain best practices in nursing and clinical service delivery. This includes ensuring the provision of appropriate clinical care by nursing staff, efficient support of care teams, infection control, and organization-wide accreditation readiness. The role also involves leveraging industry knowledge to promote the values and vision of the company and supporting efforts to enhance and manage the organizational culture. Applicants must have a Master’s degree in Nursing or a related discipline, a minimum of 8 years' of senior clinical practitioner or clinical management experience, and an active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) License. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in nursing operations, including the evaluation and modification of best practices, and experience in managing a unionized workforce. Preferred qualifications include practical nursing experience and a background in FQHC or non-profit clinical practice. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of LGBTQ+ health and be comfortable working within an LGBTQ+ setting. Key skills include the ability to make effective presentations, evaluate and develop strategies, and a strong commitment to equity, inclusion, and diversity.
