Spa Technician - Esthetician - PT

Job Title

Provide a warm, welcoming, and personalized experience for all guests.

Conduct professional consultations to assess guest needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products.

Build guest loyalty through exceptional service and relationship-building.

Perform luxury facial treatments customized to individual skin types and concerns.

Maintain knowledge of skincare trends, products, and treatment protocols.

Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of treatment areas, equipment, and supplies.

Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures.

Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuing education programs.

Support overall spa operations and special events as needed.

Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

State of Michigan Esthetician License in good standing.

At least two years of experience in a high-end spa, or other alternative as deemed appropriate.

Excellent knowledge of skincare treatments, products, and sanitation standards.

Exceptional guest service and communication skills.

Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
