Role Description

As an Account Executive, you will:

• Introduce workplace benefit solutions that help employers support their employees' financial well-being.
• Partner with businesses to enhance their employee benefits offerings.
• Develop strategic business plans to achieve growth objectives.
• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development.
• Explore opportunities for leadership and business expansion.

Qualifications

• Licensing Requirement: Candidates must hold or be willing to obtain an Arizona Life, Accident & Health Insurance Producer License. 
• Bilingual Skills: Preferred but not required.

Previous experience in employee benefits, business development, or account management is helpful but not required.
