Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Current CPR certification.
• Must have reliable transportation, current driver’s license, and agency-required liability insurance.
• Must be familiar with general computer use and functions, including internet, e-mail, desktop navigation, file and window use, navigation buttons and tool bars, and online HR services and training programs.

Assignment Details

• Home visits with periodic office meetings.
