Salary Range: $140,000 - $170,000

• Lead the development and execution of a dynamic marketing and branding program.
• Help shape how our brand shows up in the world and champion thoughtful design and user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required; master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience leading marketing promotions, campaigns, websites, and media communications that deliver strong ROI and organizational value.
• Successful background in project management, process improvement, and new product or service implementation.
• Ability to analyze data, evaluate results, and identify meaningful improvements in service, product development, member experience, or organizational culture.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate employees, coach and develop team members, resolve challenges, and build a positive team environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and moving pieces at once.
• Demonstrated ability to work successfully with project teams, staff, vendors, members, and cross‑functional partners across departments and branches.
• Experience actively coaching and developing a team while fostering strong business relationships and a passion for quality improvement.
• Understanding of website design and development, digital marketing best practices, and campaign performance analysis.
