Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing:Address: 6343 Via De Sonrisa Del Sur, Boca Raton, FL 33433:Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing:Address: 2501 N A St, Lake Worth Beach, FL 33460Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing and Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing.Work within dedicated therapy gyms inside these skilled nursing facilities, helping residents regain function, mobility, and independence through skilled, compassionate care.FULL-TIME POSITION:This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a COTA.
