Responsibilities Effectively manage a fast-moving and high-volume caseload. Advocate and negotiate in highly stressful and emotional situations. Serve established clients promptly and efficiently. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents including correspondences, motions, pleadings, contracts, affidavits, and settlement proposals with paralegal assistance. Represent clients in court hearings and other proceedings as needed. Assist clients in determining proper solutions to legal conflicts and identifying the best course of action. Collaborate with paralegals and attorneys to ensure swift action through the litigation process. Maintain client files in an organized and up-to-date manner with paralegal support.
