The Sales Support Representative plays a crucial role in supporting the sales department by managing inbound sales support activities, processing orders, and maintaining effective communication with customers. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this role ensures smooth operations within the sales team and occasionally requires travel to visit clients.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders efficiently
- Maintain clear and timely communication with customers
- Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks
- Possess and apply thorough product knowledge to assist customers and sales staff
- Coordinate inbound sales inquiries and provide prompt solutions
- Assist with occasional client visits involving travel
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales support
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Effective time management
- Strong problem-solving skills
