Partner with internal subject matter experts while developing consultative account management skills. Key Responsibilities for the Account Manager: Onboard new clients and establish expectations around program processes and best practices. Manage and strengthen relationships with key client stakeholders. Conduct virtual and in-person client meetings to provide program updates, guidance, and compliance support. Deliver training on service logging, program administration, reporting requirements, and compliance standards. Analyze client participation and performance to identify opportunities for increased reimbursement and program success. Serve as an escalation point for client concerns and support issue resolution. Qualifications for the Account Manager: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. 1-3 years of customer service, account management, or related experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Ability to travel to client sites, trainings, conferences, and company meetings as needed. Ability to work in a hybrid environment, including at least two days per week in the office.
