What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations
• Assess patient conditions and develop appropriate care plans
• Administer treatments, medications, and life-saving interventions
• Collaborate with medical team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately in electronic health records (Epic preferred)
• Respond to emergency situations with professionalism and urgency
• Support unit operations during night shifts and coordinate patient care in a fast-paced environment

What You Need

• Valid RN license issued in Louisiana or eligible for licensure
• Minimum 2 years of current ER experience, with Epic EMR experience
• Certifications: ACLS, PALS, CPI, BLS, TNCC
• Ability to work night shifts (18:45 – 07:15) and handle emergency events, including potential emergency team assignments
• Strong clinical skills, quick decision-making, and excellent communication skills
