This psychiatric hospital operates as a residential treatment facility, providing medical oversight and behavioral health services to patients requiring integrated care. The facility maintains a multidisciplinary team structure to support quality medical and behavioral health service delivery. Clinicians are expected to integrate medical management into the broader treatment framework of the facility.

The Internal Medicine physician will provide medical services at a residential treatment facility, working a day shift schedule totaling 40 hours per week. Clinical responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, managing acute and chronic medical conditions, and maintaining accurate documentation throughout each shift. Call coverage is negotiable and will be determined in coordination with facility leadership. The clinician will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that includes a CMO, COM-psychiatrist, RNs, LPNs, social workers, and psychologists to support the comprehensive care needs of the patient population.
