Descripción del puesto Buscamos un Inspector de Aseguramiento de Calidad, con atención al detalle, para apoyar nuestras operaciones de manufactura. Este puesto es responsable de inspeccionar productos y materiales electrónicos para asegurar el cumplimiento de nuestro Plan de Control de Calidad y las especificaciones del cliente. Responsabilidades Realizar inspecciones de entrada, en proceso y finales en ensamblajes de PCB, subensamblajes y productos electrónicos terminados Inspeccionar la calidad de la soldadura, la colocación de componentes, la polaridad, la orientación, la limpieza y la mano de obra según las normas IPC-A-610 y del cliente. Verifica listas de materiales (BOM), niveles de revisión e instrucciones de trabajo para asegurar su exactitud. Utilice microscopios, lupas, calibradores, multímetros y otras herramientas de medición Realiza pruebas funcionales básicas (continuidad, resistencia, comprobaciones sencillas) según sea necesario Siga siempre los procedimientos de seguridad ESD. Registra los resultados de la inspección en registros de calidad, sistemas ERP o formularios de inspección Apoyar el análisis de causa raíz y las acciones correctivas/preventivas Mantener documentación precisa y trazabilidad del producto #J-18808-Ljbffr Time Staffing, LLC
