Capitol City Rehab and Nursing is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our long-term care team.

All shifts available:

7:00am–3:00pm Full Time & Part Time
3:00pm–11:00pm Full Time & Part Time
11:00pm–7:00am Part Time

Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care to long-term care residents
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary care teams
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with care standards

Requirements:

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)
New LPNs welcome – training and orientation provided
