OpenShift Engineer

To support a growing team, the full-time OpenShift Engineer will design, deploy, and operate enterprise-grade Red Hat OpenShift container platforms in a remote environment, managing the end-to-end platform lifecycle and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure a secure and efficient container platform. Key Responsibilities Architect, provision, and operate Red Hat OpenShift clusters across on-premises and cloud environments, ensuring high availability and security Automate cluster lifecycle operations and onboard application development teams with self-service patterns and CI/CD integrations Implement monitoring, logging, and security measures while continuously evolving platform tooling and developer experience Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline Five or more years of experience operating container platforms in production, with at least three years on Red Hat OpenShift Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and OpenShift internals, along with strong Linux administration skills Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Helm Solid experience implementing CI/CD pipelines on OpenShift or Kubernetes using Tekton, Jenkins, or Argo CD
