About the Role: The Activities Coordinator role is centered on designing, organizing, and implementing engaging programs and events that enhance the social, recreational, and educational experiences of participants. Certification in activity coordination or event management. Experience working with diverse populations including children, seniors, or individuals with special needs. First aid and CPR certification. Proficiency in digital marketing and social media promotion. Responsibilities: Plan, develop, and coordinate a variety of activities and events that cater to different age groups and interests. Manage logistics including scheduling, resource allocation, and venue preparation to ensure smooth execution of activities. Collaborate with team members, volunteers, and external partners to enhance program offerings and community engagement. Monitor participant feedback and attendance to continuously improve activity quality and relevance. Ensure all activities comply with safety standards and organizational policies.
