Senior Manager of Provider Success

Leading regional provider success initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager of Provider Success will execute national strategies, manage provider relationships, and drive market-level outcomes while working remotely across the Southeast region. Key responsibilities Execute the national provider success strategy to achieve regional performance goals and drive provider satisfaction Lead and develop regional provider success teams, ensuring effective local adaptation of national standards Identify and address operational barriers to enhance provider experience and monitor regional performance trends Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or related field (Master's preferred) 8-10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations or provider operations 4+ years of experience in Medicare Advantage, ACOs, or risk-bearing health plan models Demonstrated experience in defining account-level strategy for provider-facing teams Proven experience in operational design, process improvement, and change management
