Ironworker ForemanWe are seeking an experienced Ironworker Foreman to lead field crews on structural steel erection projects. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on ironwork experience and the ability to safely and efficiently manage crews in the field.Supervise and lead ironworker crews on structural steel projectsCoordinate daily field activities and manpowerRead and interpret structural drawings and erection plansDirect rigging, connecting, bolting, and steel erection operationsEnsure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specificationsCoordinate with project managers, superintendents, general contractors, and other tradesMonitor jobsite progress and communicate updates to managementMaintain quality and ensure proper installation of structural steelEnforce company safety policies and OSHA requirementsTrain and mentor crew members as needed3+ years of ironwork or structural steel erection experiencePrevious Foreman or Lead experience preferredStrong understanding of structural steel erection, rigging, connecting, and boltingAbility to read structural drawings and erection plansStrong leadership and communication skillsOSHA safety knowledgeWillingness to work on active construction sites and travel as requiredCompetitive salary based on experienceConsistent project workOpportunity for advancementBenefits packageLong-term career growth with a stable and respected steel fabricator
