Head of Compensation Benefits

We’re is partnered with a financial services company seeking an SVP to build and lead its compensation and benefits function within an evolving HR team.

This is a hands-on opportunity to overhaul the compensation framework, lead a comprehensive benefits and insurance review, and establish the processes and governance needed to support the business.

Key responsibilities

• Redesign compensation structures and incentive plans.
• Evaluate benefits and insurance coverage, costs and providers.
• Support executive compensation, Compensation Committee and say-on-pay activities.
• Strengthen reward processes, reporting and Workday capabilities.

What we’re looking for

• Senior financial services experience with direct ownership of both compensation and benefits—essential.
• A track record of transforming compensation and benefits programs and building functions in a fast paced environment.
• A strategic thinker comfortable with hands-on delivery.
• Workday expertise strongly preferred.
