First-year earning potential when goals are met: $150,000+

Active real estate license required, or in the process of getting one.

Compensation:

$125,400 - $197,600 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with buyers and sellers to facilitate smooth real estate transactions.
• Utilize proven lead generation strategies to build and expand your client base.
• Engage in daily sales conversations to enhance your communication skills.
• Stay informed about market trends to provide clients with accurate guidance.
• Participate in ongoing coaching sessions to continuously improve your expertise.
• Work closely with team members to foster a supportive and collaborative environment.
• Implement effective prospecting techniques to identify potential clients efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Active real estate license or in the process of obtaining one.
• Experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients.
• Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with the Chicago-Naperville-Joliet real estate market is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to changing market trends and client needs.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
