• Outpatient-only practice
• Patient-centered practice with manageable daily census of 10 - 15 patients
• Modern clinic with on-site x-ray and laboratory services
• Value-based care model focused on senior population
• Excellent work-life balance with Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm schedule
• Board certification or eligibility in internal medicine or geriatric medicine required
