What the day will look like In this position, you will support the Account Executive as the Lead Consultant on the team taking ownership of and accountability for projects and deliverables. This position includes delegation of assignments to team members and peer review of their work, but also involves being actively involved in performing analysis, drafting client presentations, participating in client meetings, and identifying client needs for other services. This position will serve as the primary day‑to‑day vendor and/or client contact. Skills and experience that will lead to success Five to ten years of experience in group health and benefits consulting, or relevant industry, with a strong working knowledge of benefits Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail Ability to handle multiple projects at one time Strong analytical skills and financial acumen Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) Strong communication and presentation skills Project Management, Risk Management, Solutions Design, Benefits Administration, Workforce Strategy, Consulting, Customer Engagement, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Data Analysis, Data Management, Meeting Facilitation Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience Must have appropriate insurance license/life and health (can be fulfilled post‑hire) For positions in San Francisco and Los Angeles, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction record in accordance with local Fair Chance ordinances. Pay Transparency Laws The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $110,000 to $125,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
