Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager

UnitedHealth Group is hiring a Registered Nurse Case Manager for hospice services, delivering the Plan of Care and coordinating interdisciplinary support. We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus and will assist Wisconsin RNs with license transfer to Michigan. The role requires active RN licensure, CPR, and a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, with full-time and PRN schedules available.
