Food & Beverage Manager

Job Details: Job Location: Hockley, TX 77447 Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Guest Service and Satisfaction: Deliver service with care and attention, always prioritizing quality and the well-being of the Members. Anticipate member needs and provide personalized attention to enhance their dining experience. Monitor member satisfaction and take action to address any issues. Build and maintain relationships with members. Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Coordinate with kitchen staff, servers, bartenders, and others to ensure seamless execution of service. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all F&B areas, adhering to health and safety standards. Ensure all staff members are properly trained and adhere to established service standards and procedures. Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow to optimize service and maximize revenue. Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to exceed expectations. Financial Management: Manage cost control measures, and expense tracking. Monitor and analyze areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase profitability. Control inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies. Minimize waste and spoilage through effective inventory management, portion control, and production planning. Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales transactions and reconciliation of daily revenue. Quality Control: Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all food and beverage offerings. Monitor guest feedback and industry trends to identify opportunities for menu innovation and improvement. Conduct regular quality checks of food and beverage products, service standards, and presentation. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Maintain a safe working environment for staff and members. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Ensure responsible alcohol service practices and compliance with all liquor laws. Any other duties, as assigned. Qualifications: Required Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster a friendly and collaborative atmosphere. Minimum of 4 years of experience in food and beverage management or supervisory role, preferably in luxury restaurant establishments. Proven track record of success in managing food and beverage operations. A commitment to providing exceptional service that makes a difference to our Membership. Manager Serve Safe certification is a plus. May be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Working Conditions: You will be working indoors and outdoors in a restaurant environment with varying temperatures. Exposure to hot surfaces and sharp objects. Physical Requirements: Standing, stooping, bending and twisting for most of the workday. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
