You will assist patients with mobility, strength, pain management, and range‑of‑motion exercises, implement therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfer activities, and prosthetic training, utilize physical agents such as heat, cold, water, light, electricity, ultrasound, and massage, educate patients on the use of assistive devices (wheelchairs, braces, crutches, canes, prosthetics), and monitor and report patient progress and changes in condition. Responsibilities Provide in-home physical therapy under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist and in accordance with the physician’s Plan of Care (POC). Assist patients with mobility, strength, pain management, and range‑of‑motion exercises. Implement therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfer activities, and prosthetic training. Monitor and report patient progress and changes in condition. Qualifications Active California PTA license. Minimum 2 years of patient care experience (home health experience preferred). Current CPR certification. Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle. Strong communication and organizational skills.
